Our "small print":
- Check-in time is 4:00-6:00pm; check-out is 11:00am.
- Rooms in the main house include a delicious breakfast
served between 7:45am and 9:00am.
- We encourage a minimum stay of two nights.
- A deposit of 50% of total stay is requested to reserve.
- Cancellations must be at least 14 days in advance
for a deposit refund.
- Children are welcome in the Mooring.
- We have a golden retriever and a yellow lab.
- Sorry--we can't allow smoking or guests' pets.
- Wireless Internet available (even on the beach!)
