Our "small print"
  • Check-in time is 4:00-6:00pm; check-out is 11:00am.
  • Rooms in the main house include a delicious breakfast served between 7:45am and 9:00am.
  • We encourage a minimum stay of two nights.
  • A deposit of 50% of total stay is requested to reserve.
  • Cancellations must be at least 14 days in advance for a deposit refund.
  • Children are welcome in the Mooring.
  • We have a golden retriever and a yellow lab.
  • Sorry--we can't allow smoking or guests' pets.
