The Mooring often books several months in advance for
the summer season (June-August), but we accept guests through October.

Due to a cancellation, the Mooring is now available from September 7 - October 5!

In September, the Maine coast feels like a quiet secret shared between land and sea. The summer crowds fade, leaving behind crisp salt air and golden light. Patches of early autumn color begin to warm the evergreen forests where the last breath of summer meets the first hint of fall.

Additional availability (as of May 1): June 8 - June 15 (off-peak) June 30 - July 13 (peak) October 5 - November 2 (off-peak)
